Full Job Description

  • Engage with customers, understand their needs and translate these into support solution requirements & model service solution performance and integrity.
  • Conduct Reliability Analysis to interrogate and analyse design and supplier data to influence and qualify product design and support solutions.
  • Utilize design and customer support data to identify maintenance optimisations for efficient Maintenance Policies, Schedules, and Procedures.
  • Research, originate, and edit technical information to create, update, and publish design-approved data.
  • Improve and deliver state-of-the-art mission planning and support services.
  • Support air and ground crew with understanding operational and maintenance needs to help complete missions.
