Full Job Description
- Engage with customers, understand their needs and translate these into support solution requirements & model service solution performance and integrity.
- Conduct Reliability Analysis to interrogate and analyse design and supplier data to influence and qualify product design and support solutions.
- Utilize design and customer support data to identify maintenance optimisations for efficient Maintenance Policies, Schedules, and Procedures.
- Research, originate, and edit technical information to create, update, and publish design-approved data.
- Improve and deliver state-of-the-art mission planning and support services.
- Support air and ground crew with understanding operational and maintenance needs to help complete missions.
