Graphic Designer

Glasgow (hybrid)

£28,000 - £35,000

 

A rapidly expanding digital business, trusted by thousands daily to deliver essential services securely and reliably. Since 2015, they’ve grown from a small, ambitious team into a trusted provider in our sector, and they are now seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join the marketing team, where creativity meets purpose in crafting impactful visuals across diverse marketing channels (both traditional and digital).

Reporting to the Marketing Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and producing compelling ad creatives for digital and print media that capture the brand’s essence
  • Developing visually striking landing pages that enhance user experience and drive conversion
  • Creating promotional materials—including flyers, leaflets, and billboards—that align with marketing goals
  • Collaborating closely with the marketing team, strategising campaign visuals that resonate with their audience
  • Managing multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
  • Staying current with industry trends to keep the brand at the forefront of visual marketing

 

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a focus on advertising and visual content
  • Proficiency in design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and web design software (Sketch, Figma)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in ad creatives, landing pages, and print materials
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
  • Experience in video editing and motion graphics (desirable)
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and responsive design principles (desirable)
  • Prior experience in a similar industry or fast-paced environment
