Pertemps are currently supporting a key client in their recruitment for a Group Risk Administrator/Employee Benefits Administrator. This role is working within a collaborative and friendly team where you will be specialising in speaking with clients regarding designing, implementing and communicating innovative and modern employee benefits packages.

Role Profile:


As a Group Risk Administrator you will be essential in ensuring the smooth administration of both the healthcare and group risk schemes across the team. You will also provide high quality administration support to the team, consultants, and Managing Director in order to expand and retain existing clients and help the company develop new business.


You will be responsible for liaising directly with clients and insurers to process rebrokes, renewals, claims underwriting, negotiate preferred terms and draft recommendation reports. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a reliable working attitude and a professional focused approach.

Candidate Requirements:


·       A minimum 1-year previous experience within a group risk role

·       Excellent time management and prioritisation skills

·       Good organisational skills

·       Works well in a team environment

·       Excellent communication skills

·       Great attention to detail

·       Industry exams such as GR1 desirable but not essential.
