Full Job Description

  • Supporting the Front Office Manager in a fast-paced environment to ensure each guest is met with a genuine welcome and that their needs are attended throughout their stay (No detail is too small, and no request is too large)

  • Communicating both internally within the front office and externally, with the wider hotel team and immediate locale, to ensure the guest experience is personalised and always exceeds expectation.

  • Ensuring all Team Members have completed relevant training and are confident with all aspects of their role in the absence of Front Office Manager

  • Managing the shift you are working, dealing with complex guest requests or complaints, and making sure all tasks within the Team have been completed.

  • Working closely with our VIP guests and ensuring they have a point of contact for all their needs throughout the stay

    Front Office duty management and team leadership experience for 2+ years in a similar property

  • Proven track record with success at working with loyalty schemes and enrolments and targets.

  • Good understanding of systems to support driving results Opera

  • Personal License and First Aid certificate is a bonus!

    We are looking for someone who can commit to Full-Time, across 4 shifts per week (4 on, 4 off shift patterns). Your shift times will be 9am to 9pm. Being flexible would be a great plus - you will be required to work a variety of shifts across Monday to Sunday including weekends and bank holidays!


  • Please note, this position is a maternity cover, fixed-term until May 2025.

    We are paying from £26,000.00 to £27,675.00 per annum based on experience, all hours worked paid for.,
