Hours: 35 hours per week

Working Pattern - Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 4.30pm and Friday 8.00am - 3.30pm

Salary - £35,019.83 - £36,023.53

A development opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader (Customer Liaison) within the Council’s Housing Investment Programme based at Brandon Gate, Hamilton.

Your key purpose will be to provide day-to-day operational management, supervision and coordination of a team of front line Customer Liaison Assistants and Administration staff as they support both our tenants and owners through works within their homes. Working closely with our partners and reporting on progress. Dealing with complaints and other enquiries.

It is therefore essential that you can demonstrate excellent coordination, communication and interpersonal skills. You should also have previous experience of working to targets and pre-determined timescales along with excellent customer service and IT skills.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated and have the ability to manage and motivate others to achieve successful outcomes.
