Hours: 35 hours per week

Working Pattern Monday - Thursday 8.45am - 4.45pm and Friday 8.45am - 4.15pm

Salary - £23,395.22- £26,333.31 per year

We are looking for a Housing Assistant to join our Lanark Area office team, you will undertake a wide range of clerical duties which will include liaising with internal and external customers to ensure the effective provision of the service, as well as word processing, filing, and photocopying.

You will be required to demonstrate the ability to organise and prioritise workload in an effective way, responding to changing priorities and contributing effectively to team goals and projects, as well as demonstrating the necessary skills to use all relevant IT systems and software applications, in particular having a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

You will also provide a front line face to face service to our customers, therefore a commitment to the principals of customer care is essential as well as effective communication and interpersonal skills.
