We are currently looking for a dependable and experienced Handyperson / Gardener to join our team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for you to showcase your expertise in maintenance and gardening, contributing significantly to the overall well-being of our properties. As a key member of our team, you will report to the Maintenance Manager and be responsible for various routine maintenance tasks such as repairs, cleaning, painting, and general upkeep. Your role will also involve responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, with a commitment to adhering to 5S standards for efficiency and organization. In the realm of gardening, your responsibilities will include planting, pruning, and caring for flowers, shrubs, and trees. Additionally, you'll manage essential lawn care tasks, including mowing, edging, and fertilizing, ensuring our outdoor spaces remain vibrant and well-maintained. The preferred candidate should possess prior experience in a comparable role, a robust understanding of general maintenance duties and gardening practices, and the capability to operate and upkeep a variety of tools and equipment. As the role is covered in the Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire area candidate must be able to drive. Benefits / Further week.
