Iconic Resourcing are looking for an HCM Program Delivery Lead, to oversee the delivery, and implementation of a unified HR solution. This role focuses on driving large-scale system transformation to enhance operational efficiency and integrate HR processes and tools seamlessly across the organisation.
As Program Lead, you will spearhead the end-to-end implementation of an HR solution, ensuring its success through robust program delivery methodologies and technical expertise. This role requires deep systems implementation experience and a proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-scale projects within a structured framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of a global HCM system implementation, ensuring project alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Own the program lifecycle, including planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
- Manage program governance, scope, timelines, and budget, providing regular progress updates to senior stakeholders and the Steering Committee.
- Oversee the integration of HR technology systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability between tools.
- Develop and implement scalable, automated workflows and reporting capabilities to drive data-informed business decisions.
- Foster strong stakeholder collaboration across global teams, ensuring alignment on requirements and objectives.
- Mitigate risks proactively, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the program is delivered on time and within budget.
What We’re Looking For:
- Extensive experience in leading large-scale HCM or ERP system implementations, with expertise in full program delivery across global regions (EMEA, the US, or Asia).
- Demonstrable skills in managing the technical and operational aspects of system design, configuration, and integration.
- Proven ability to oversee complex program governance, including managing budgets, risk, and multi-functional delivery teams.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to balance strategic discussions and hands-on technical delivery.
- Knowledge of HR systems and technology, with a focus on program delivery frameworks and methodologies.
- A track record of driving results through structured program delivery while integrating innovative solutions to support business transformation.
