Are you a culinary maestro with a passion for creating delectable dishes? We're seeking an exceptional Head Chef to take the lead at our client's fantastic Gastro Pub. Their menu combines old classics with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, presented with flair and modern techniques.
As the temporary Head Chef, you'll inspire our kitchen team, ensuring exceptional food quality and maximizing customer satisfaction. This position is set to go permanent for the ideal candidate.
Location: Broxburn, near Edinburgh City

Duration: Starting from Thursday, July 4th, 2024
Responsibilities:
- Lead the kitchen team with creativity and passion.
- Manage kitchen operations efficiently.
- Prepare high-quality dishes and maintain food standards.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a head chef or sous chef.
- Strong kitchen management skills.
- Creative approach to menu planning.
- Ability to work in a remote location.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
Compensation:
- Hourly rate: 17
- Tips
- Condensed work week: 35 hours over 4 days
