Head Chef

As the Head Chef you will be running the kitchen while producing menus and dishes to aim for 2 Rosettes and be a real destination for foodies. This is a real opportunity to be creative while being supported by the executive chef and central support team to achieve your goals. The ideal candidate will have experience running kitchens in 2 rosette and want to push for more accolades along the journey.,

• Working closely with the Restaurant General Manager and Front of House Team


• Producing Fresh Cooked Food using seasonal products to AA rosette levels


• Manage, Coach, Train and develop the brigade and achieve GP targets


• Implement new menu ideas and keep focused on customer trends


• Good Communicator & People person


• Experience of Fresh Food volume driven fresh kitchen


• Maintaining excellent standards of hygiene and cleaning schedules
  
  Three years minimum of Senior Sous/Head Chef experience, at Rossette level.


• Extensive food knowledge


• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills


• Critical thinker and problem solver


• Good Financial management skills
