Head Chef

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and creative Head Chef to work with our Executive Head Chef and assist in leading our Kitchen Teams. From intimate private dinners for 20 to show-stopping events for 500, you'll be at the heart of it all. Our five diverse restaurants proudly showcase the best of seasonal Scottish produce, offering everything from traditional British dishes to indulgent buffet breakfasts. Our cafés serve up a delicious range - from fish and chips, tasty burgers and authentic Italian pizzas, to afternoon teas and freshly baked treats. This fast-paced, hands-on role will let you put your leadership and communication skills to the test, making a real impact on everything we do. • You'll have previous 4 or 5 star experience at Head Chef/Senior Sous level as a minimum.
• A great coach, mentor and communicator, you'll inspire the teams with your passion for food.
• Ready to apply your creativity, flair and innovation in equal measure, we'll expect you to bring your great ideas and cooking to our table.
• You'll be able to demonstrate your abilities in developing and improving food, food standards and the people you lead.
