This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and creative Head Chef to work with our Resort Head Chef and Resort Executive Head Chef and assist in leading one of our kitchen teams.

A brand new kitchen will be at the heart of this development, and that's where you'll come in. This fast-paced, hands-on role will let you put your leadership and communication skills to the test, making a real impact on everything we do. • You'll have previous 4 or 5 star experience at Head Chef/Senior Sous level as a minimum.
• A great coach, mentor and communicator, you'll inspire the team with your passion for food.
• Ready to apply your creativity, flair and innovation in equal measure, we'll expect you to bring your great ideas and cooking to our table.
• You'll be able to demonstrate your abilities in developing and improving food, food standards and the people you lead.
