Full Job Description

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK employing around 40,000 staff in a wide range of clinical and non-clinical professions and job roles. We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.

As part of our strengthening of Inverclyde HSCP, we are searching for a new Head of Children & Families and Justice services. As an employee of both Council and Health Board you will require a sound understanding of the integration of health, social work and social care both strategically and operationally. You must be focussed on people, ensuring they receive high quality services that keeps them safe and improves their lives.

With a demonstrable track record of success in integrated delivery, you must hold a social work qualification and be SSSC registered.
