Step into a pivotal role as our Head of HR Policy and Projects, where you'll be part of our Senior HR Management team, working closely with other Heads of Department and reporting to both Deputy HR Directors. This newly created position offers the unique opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team dedicated to managing HR policy and projects. You will conduct a comprehensive review of HR policies, ensuring they are updated and standardised as well as oversee a number of HR projects, ensuring they stay on track and deliver desired outcomes. Building effective and collaborative relationships across COPFS, including with Senior Leaders and Trade Union colleagues, will be crucial to your success.
We're looking for applicants who have experience in leading HR policies or projects, possess leadership and team development skills and have a strong knowledge of employment law.
