Our Investment Solutions team currently have an opportunity for a Head of Investment Proposition Development to join them! You will head up a dynamic, growing team that is responsible for market leading propositions across Royal London. This role is crucial to the future development of investment proposition across Royal London products. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading and developing the Proposition Development teams within the overall Investment Solutions area, ensuring the teams are sufficiently resourced and skilled to deliver their objectives. About the role

  • Responsible for the prioritisation of the Proposition Development teams work.
  • Manage the overall design, delivery, and maintenance of all unit-linked investment solutions which in turn will enable the delivery of good investment outcomes for customers.
  • Influence the evolution of Royal London products and services, meeting the needs of different customer segments.
  • Manage senior stakeholder relationships to enable clear communication and effective collaboration between Investment Solutions and the wider business.
  • Represent customer investment propositions at various committees and governance forums.

    Expert knowledge and experience in individual and workplace investment requirements.
  • Proven experience in building market leading investment proposition solutions.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading multi-functional teams.
  • CFA qualified would be highly desirable.
  • Motivational leader who can bring insight and creativity to business solutions.
  • Excellent communicator and influencer who can create partnership relationships with key business functions, partners, and the press.
  • Strong presentation skills combined with the ability to translate complex issues into marketable messages.
  • Commercially astute with the ability to understand and be innovative in their approach to designing solutions.
  • An excellent understanding of customers and how to build an efficient operation around their needs.
