Full Job Description

The Head of Materials & Equipment will be accountable for all materials and equipment operations including delivery to all internal / external customers, stock and material handling from gate to gate and mob / demob activities. You will lead and manage people resources to ensure maximum productivity and ensure a 'right first time' approach. Using your experience and knowledge you can help us to deliver safe, compliant and efficient operations.

There will be a number of direct reports and oversight of Materials and Equipment personnel; responsibilities including people development and apprentices, as well as external relationships to manage.

You should have a proven track record in developing, implementing and delivering new processes and procedures to achieve continuous improvement in a similar environment/business. You have the ability to lead, positively influence and motivate others.

Although not essential you may also have experience with hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical equipment, Lean Six Sigma training and professional qualifications in mechanical / electrical engineering / project management.
