As the Head of Sales, you'll be the driving force behind Aveni's revenue growth, leading and scaling our enterprise sales efforts. You'll develop and execute a sales strategy that targets enterprise clients across the financial services sector, mentoring and guiding a high-performing team. Your role will be critical in expanding Aveni's market presence, building strong client relationships, and ensuring that our sales operations are efficient and transparent.,

  • Pipeline Management: Ensure consistent lead generation, qualification, and closing processes.

  • Client Relationships: Develop strong, lasting partnerships with key enterprise clients, delivering tailored AI solutions.

  • Sales Operations: Optimise sales processes, tools, and metrics for maximum efficiency.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with Aveni's product and market strategies.

  • Revenue Forecasting: Provide accurate forecasts and contribute to strategic planning.

    10+ years in sales, with a focus on Fintech or SaaS, and 5+ years in enterprise sales leadership.

  • Demonstrated ability to scale sales teams and drive significant revenue growth.

  • Deep understanding of the financial services industry and complex enterprise sales cycles.

  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing diverse teams.

  • Ability to think big-picture while executing on day-to-day tactical initiatives.

  • Excellent communicator and negotiator with the ability to influence at all levels.

  • Familiarity with AI, SaaS, and the latest technological trends.
