This role will offer the post holder the opportunity to manage a team to deliver strategic objects across a number of areas within the security remit. This rare opportunity to engage in a high profile area of work requires a passionate, motivated and values driven team leader who can inspire the team to embrace the shared goals and objectivises of the organisation. The ability to work with autonomy, set objectives and provide real time and forecast reports is essentials.

Excellent communication skills are a key requirement for this role, the security team and wider stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will be highly organised and exhibit a demonstrable track record of success in front line management. The ability to work autonomously within a fast pace environment, managing deadlines and being responsive to changing priorities is essential.

This role will also have the opportunity to support the wider Health & safety organisational strategy.
