An opportunity has arisen for a Healthcare Support Worker based at Stewarton.

What you will do:

An opportunity has arisen within the community for a Healthcare Support Worker post band 3 working within East Ayrshire in the Northern locality. The post holder is required to work collaboratively in a safe, caring and respectful way, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to undertake a wide range of delegated duties, often without direct supervision from senior staff.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:

The post holder requires a base level of theoretical knowledge and an understanding of a range of procedures, be educated to SVQ level 2/3 or relevant experience.

Training is provided to enable the HCSW to comply with the Mandatory Induction Standardsfor Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland 2009; and with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers, both as amended from time to time.

Understands and complies with HCSW mandatory induction standards and code of conduct.
