Are you a dedicated professional looking for a new and exciting challenge?  Ward 1 is looking for Healthcare Support Workers to join our team.

We are recruiting Band 2 HCSWs to training posts, where on successful completion of in house training you will progress to a Band 3. We would also welcome applications from HCSWs who are already working and can demonstrate working to a Band 3.

The post holder will work closely with and be supported by the SCN and Band 6 Charge Nurses and will develop close professional relationships with a wider multidisciplinary team. We are seeking to appoint individuals with the skills and motivation to deliver the highest standard of holistic care to our patients and families.

       

As a team, We believe that staff wellbeing and development is paramount in achieving high standards of patient care. A post in Medicine will provide you with opportunity for personal and professional development through peer support, and structured education and training whilst being supported by our Clinical Educator.
