An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Healthcare Support Worker to join the multi-disciplinary team in the newly developed Acute Frailty Unit within Ninewells hospital.

The Acute Frailty Unit is a 6 bedded short stay patient assessment unit with a high turnover of patients. The aim of the unit is to provide rapid assessment and care for older adults before discharge or transferred to an appropriate ward for further treatment.

You'll be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team. This challenging yet rewarding position offers opportunities for professional growth and the chance to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable patients. You must have the ability and commitment to work as part of a team delivering high standards of patient care and continue to improve patient experience. You should be able to demonstrate continued professional development and an interest in Medicine for the Elderly.

You will be required to achieve the Mandatory Induction Standards For Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
