HGV Technician

Our technicians perform maintenance and repairs of trailers, vans and trucks. Previous experience as an HGV Technician / Trailer is essential.

Responsibilities include:

• Carry out Service, Maintenance and Repair of a mixed fleet of vehicles and trailers.


• Carry out inspections.


• Complete MOT prep/ presentation


• Fault diagnosis and rectification
  
  NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in HGV Repair & Maintenance


• Full valid driving licence


• Excellent communication skills


• Minimum 2 years post qualified experience is essential.

  Rates starting at £17ph for qualified technicians plus additional uplifts if you have IRTEC and can work on double deck trailers

Schedule:

• Day shift (6am-3pm) / Night shift (2:30pm-10pm)


• Monday to Saturday - 43.75 hours pw


• Overtime at 1.5 over
