Working in our Glasgow office and reporting in to the Operations Manager, our Hire Controllers are on hand to deliver the highest level of customer service to our customers, suppliers and colleagues alike. Being telephone based you'll deal with people from all over the UK ensuring they get what they need, whenthey need it as efficiently as possible.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to all customer enquiries in an effective, professional and timely mannerEffectively deliver on customer orders by understanding their needs and offering the best solutionMatch or surpass the target conversion rate from quote to order set by your line managerLiaise with external suppliers in order to provide a seamless service to the customerManage the full customer journey from the initial quote through to customer invoicePlay a key role in the ongoing growth and development of the businessEnsure all KPI's are achieved such as revenue, margin, calls levels, emails, tickets resolved, queries and creditsWhat We're
