Full Job Description
- Ensure the smooth operation and delivery of catering requirements to specific outlets within the building.
- Prepare appropriate items of equipment needed for the catering requirements and ensure the correct lay out / set up of catering stations at specific outlets within the building.
- Deliver, serve and clean away catering as per the customers' requirements
- Clean, store and maintain catering equipment within the catering areas.
- Ensure all areas are kept clean and tidy and comply with Health & Safety / food Safety legislation.
- Be flexible and support the wider team with any tasks required to maintain customer satisfaction.
As a Food Service Assistant at Scottish Parliament, You're a real people person with excellent communication skills, Mainly customer facing, You'll interact with our clients and colleagues every day, improving quality of life for all that you meet., Positive attitude, professionalism and respect for others - Basic food-handling skills
