1. Laboratory Testing: Coordinate the sending of spent grain samples to a lab for safety testing and nutritional analysis. 2. Academic Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with academic institutions to enhance project credibility and broaden its scope. 3. Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential customers and retailers, gaining insights into market trends to ensure product profitability. 4. Feasibility Studies: Assist in assessing the technical and economic viability of integrating brewery by-products into the baking process. 5. Logistics Planning: Support logistics efforts, including transportation and health and safety considerations for handling spent grain. 6. Partnership Development: Build upon existing partnerships with breweries and engage with new potential collaborators. Desired Outcomes
