Coordinate hotel reservations by handling inquiries, making bookings, and confirming room availability.
Interact with guests via phone, email, and in-person, addressing reservation inquiries, modifications, and cancellations.
Ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process, addressing any special requests or concerns from guests.
Manage payment information, process reservations, and issue invoices or receipts as required.
