Housekeeping

Your role is to contribute to the Housekeeping Team to ensure the consistent delivery of the highest quality of Guest Experience. You will be responsible for delivering the daily housekeeping operations effectively and efficiently. As a team player you will demonstrate our values and align with our Purpose, Vision and Brand, as well as the behaviours of One Wildland Team and One Wild Way., 1. Be a role model of WildLand Team work.
2. Align with our People Ethos and Health & Safety requirements.
3. Deliver a consistent high performance in the housekeeping and laundry functions.
4. Partner with Front of House and Chef Teams to enhance the overall guest experience.
5. Identify opportunities to continuously improve the Guest Experience.
6. Fulfil the Front of House function as part of a flexible and adaptable team where required.
7. Participate in the WildLand management systems and processes which support a sustainable business.

Who you are

Ideally you will have housekeeping experience in a high quality environment. Training will be provided.

Location: Working across multiple Wildland sites in the wild north of Sutherland, Scotland.
Hours: 40 hours per week; permanent or seasonal; full time or part time; flexible working available.
