Full Job Description

As part of the location management team, you will report directly to the General Manager. The Housekeeping Manager is instrumental in ensuring our cabins are cleaned and beautifully presented for every guest. Self-motivated and ready to lead the team, you will be key in delivering outstanding business results and ensuring our guests' experiences are consistently extraordinary.
Responsibilities include:
+ Ensuring the Housekeeping Team is fully trained and familiar with the standards required to deliver immaculate cabin presentation in terms of cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance.
+ Providing support and motivation to the Housekeeping Team to ensure high morale and productivity.
+ Managing all health and safety aspects related to the Housekeeping Team and their duties in partnership with the Facilities Manager.
+ Responding efficiently and effectively to guest queries to ensure speedy resolution.
+ Conducting regular performance reviews and providing adequate training to help the team succeed in their roles.
+ Proactively managing guest feedback on "Tableau" (our guest feedback platform) and sharing comments and scores with your team.
+ Managing the departmental budget, ensuring all housekeeping equipment is serviced or replaced as needed, and maintaining cabin laundry and inventory within budget.

We are looking for someone to inspire and motivate our Housekeeping team, whilst maintaining a culture of teamwork and excellence., + A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
+ Resilience, adaptability, and confidence in handling high pressure situations.
+ Proven experience managing teams and budgets, with the ability to lead and inspire in a busy housekeeping or hospitality environment.
+ A positive and can-do attitude is and a willingness to roll your sleeves up and always lend a hand.
+ A passion for the outdoors and motivation throughout all weather conditions.
+ Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks while maintaining focus on guest needs and team motivation.
+ Excellent time management skills together with an ability to use your initiative and problem-solve are essential. You will be someone who prides themselves on delivering on your commitment to ensure our cabins are pristine for our guests' arrival.

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Housekeeping Manager to join our team working full time, 40 hours per week, on a rolling rota. You will however be required to work every Monday and Friday. In return we will offer you a competitive salary of £28,995 per annum.
