HOUSEKEEPING TEAM SUPERVISOR

Hours:              30 hours / week (part-time)

Salary:              £25,468 - £27,486 per annum, pro-rata

Holiday:            35 days per annum (including public holidays)  pro-rata

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOUSEKEEPING TEAM SUPERVISOR

We are looking for an enthusiastic Housekeeping Supervisor with supervisory experience and an attention to detail. They will work both on the floor and in a supervisory role over a 5 day week supporting a hardworking team.

What you'll be doing...

Reporting to the Facilities & IT Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following:

  • As our Housekeeping Supervisor you will be able to use your experience and organisational  skills to lead our team of housekeepers here at Highland Hospice
  • You will be leading a dedicated team to deliver an exceptional service to enable the organisation to care for, and support our patients, staff, volunteers and visitors   
  • Working as part of a flexible team you will deliver a high quality of service across the building while adhering to relevant guidelines and policies
  • You will have an attention to detail and an ability to effectively manage change
