Job Description
Post Title: Housing Management Assistant
Location: 16 Grant Street, Inverness
Hours: 35 hours per week
Duration: Fixed Term for 6 months
Salary: £27,554 - £30,175 p.a.
Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: To provide mainly office- based cover in relation to all aspects of the frontline housing service including arrears and lettings interviews, all aspects of homelessness enquiries and housing applications, etc

Requirements
This post may be required to provide an (out of hours) emergency standby service on a rota basis.
Access to personal transport (Given the nature of this job, the postholder will be required to make visits away from their normal base. A driving licence is desirable, but consideration would be given to the postholder making alternative arrangements as long as these meet the operational requirements of the Service.)
