Full Job Description

Due to positive moves within our Service, we are looking for hardworking, enthusiastic, dedicated individuals who are solution focused and will use their initiative, experience, and skills to help us provide excellent Housing & customer services.

The successful candidates will be based in one of our three Area Housing Teams (Denny, Falkirk or Grangemouth) to deliver core and essential housing services. You will be supported by wrap around services including our Conflict Resolution Team, Revenues and Benefits Team and many others.

Housing & Communities offer the opportunity for employees to have a hybrid working arrangement however Housing Officers will be out in the community on daily basis. There are also opportunities for further professional development within the Housing sector.

Ideally you will be familiar with the wider context of social housing in Scotland but even more important will be your commitment to delivering an excellent customer service and passion for working with our tenants to help them thrive in their home and community.

As a minimum you will have the Chartered Institute of Housing Level 2 qualification or above in Housing or a related discipline, or able to demonstrate equivalent experience.

You will work 18.5 hours per week.
