Full Job Description

Due to our continued success and rapid growth an excellent opportunity has arisen for a HR Administrator based at RWM House in Kilbagie. The successful candidate will report to the HR Advisor and should be enthusiastic, reliable, well organised and be able to work well as part of a team in a busy office environment. WHY JOIN OUR TEAM? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • General administrative support to the HR departmentfiling, telephone answering, scanning, photocopying, note taking, data entry;
  • Record keepingupdating the employment databases and ensuring all paper and electronic personnel records are accurate and up-to-date;
  • Recruitment administration publishing vacancies, collating responses, preparing new starter packs, arranging inductions and processing leavers.
  • Training administration preparing and issuing all training correspondence, book and co-ordinate training courses and ensure all training records are up-to-date and accurate;
  • Community engagement support with local community engagement activities, liaising with local schools and attending recruitment fairs and events.
  • Maintaining confidentiality during discussions, in meetings and interactions with colleagues.

    Previous experience in an administration support role.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy;
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within the role;
  • Ability to work in a busy office environment;
  • Ability to use own initiative and work independently when required;
  • Solid IT skills including the use of the MS Office suite;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team with strong interpersonal skills;
  • A flexible approach to working hours in line with the needs of the business;
  • Experience working within an HR function is desirable but not essential.
