Full Job Description

Are you ready to bring your HR skills to a vibrant and fast-moving environment? We're seeking a proactive HR Administrator to join our clients dynamic team for a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave until December 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, handling a variety of HR tasks while providing essential support across the business.

This role offers 4 day onsite working and 1 day working from home.

What You’ll Do: In this role, you'll be the go-to person for all HR-related queries, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your key focus will be on supporting the employee journey from start to finish, from preparing new starter documents to assisting with first-stage employee relations. You’ll also:

  • Oversee the administrative and transactional tasks within HR, keeping things organised and efficient.
  • Be the friendly face for daily HR queries, offering clear advice and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Keep employee records up to date, managing the HR and payroll systems with precision.
  • Respond promptly to queries via the HR inbox, making sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Support payroll processes and ensure new hires are onboarded seamlessly, handling contracts, right-to-work checks, and qualifications.
  • Play a role in employee relations, supporting the HR team with case management.
  • Assist with ongoing HR projects, contributing to the bigger picture of improving the organisation's HR framework.

What We’re Looking For:

  • You’ve worked in a busy HR role before and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for accuracy.
  • Excellent communicator who can build relationships across all levels.
  • A self-starter who can juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Comfortable working with data and maintaining confidentiality (GDPR awareness is a must!).

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-energy HR team, develop your skills, and contribute to key projects. If you’re looking for a role that keeps you on your toes, apply today and help us shape the future of our people operations!
