LHH is delighted to partner with a well-regarded public sector organisation as they seek an HR Adviser to join their team on an interim basis. 

This role will support the HR Operations team by providing high quality business support. The HR Adviser will provide advice and respond to a range of standard HR queries, related to terms and conditions, policy and processes. You will provide advice and guidance to managers during supporting attendance case management processes and ensure appropriate engagement with employees has been undertaken. You will

also be involved in supporting your HR colleagues during disciplinary case management processes. 

We are looking for an individual with experience in a similar role, with demonstrable experience supporting a busy HR function. You will have great interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively

with colleagues, candidates and new employees. You will have a good knowledge of UK employment law and have experience of accurately and consistently inputting data into HR systems.
