Full Job Description

Our client is looking for a dedicated HR Advisor to join their team and enhance their vibrant culture. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing daily HR operations, overseeing recruitment, and handling reporting tasks. This position is dynamic and diverse, offering the chance to engage in a variety of exciting projects. Your organisational skills and proactive approach will be essential for success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide managers through ER matters, advising on disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Provide advice and support on Attendance Management, Performance Management
  • Manage daily HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and general HR administration.
  • Oversee the complete recruitment process, from job postings to candidate selection and onboarding.
  • Prepare and analyse HR reports, offering insights and recommendations to enhance HR practices.
  • Support and participate in various HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement and development programs.
  • Build positive relationships with employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
  • Stay informed about HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
