HR Advisor

Your new company
Hays are delighted to be partnering with a highly reputable organisation based in Edinburgh City centre who are looking to appoint a temporary HR Advisor for approximately 3 months, starting ASAP.
Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for providing generalist HR support to the team and employees, including providing advice, leading on employee relations cases, updating company policies, handling onboarding and offboarding processes, managing recruitment and supporting with HR projects as and when required. This is a full time, hybrid working position, working 35 hours a week with 2 days in the office.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced HR generalist with experience in handling employee relations cases including performance management and disciplinaries. Ideally you will be available to start immediately or at 1 week's notice.
What you'll get in return

• 24 per hour (based on 37,000 annual salary)
• Full time hours - 35 per week
• Flexible hybrid working - 2 days in office per week
