Join a forward-thinking organisation where people matter!
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to step into a dynamic and fast-paced role, where your contributions will help shape the culture and success of the organisation. If you're passionate about creating positive work environments and delivering high-quality HR support, we want to hear from you!

The Role:

As an HR Advisor, you’ll be a key player in the HR team, offering hands-on support across all departments. This is a role where no two days are the same. You will:

  • Partner with managers to provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
  • Play an essential part in driving HR process improvements and ensuring legal compliance.
  • Get involved in everything from recruitment and onboarding to employee development programmes that help teams thrive.
  • Manage a variety of employee relations cases—bringing your problem-solving skills to the table in disciplinaries, grievances, and investigations.
  • Contribute to wellbeing initiatives that promote a supportive and inclusive workplace.

Why This Role?

This isn’t just any HR role—you’ll be joining a place that values fresh ideas and continuous improvement. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with a talented team, bring new energy to the HR function, and make a real impact on the people you support.

What You’ll Bring:

  • CIPD membership or a recognised HR qualification.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a generalist HR role.
  • A strong grasp of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Confidence in building relationships with managers and employees, along with strong communication skills.
  • The ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience supporting mental health and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Previous experience delivering training or internal communications.

What’s in It for You?

  • Competitive salary with a comprehensive benefits package.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and career progression.
  • The chance to be part of a supportive and innovative team where your input truly matters.

If you’re looking for an opportunity to take the next step in your HR career and make a lasting impact in an organisation that values its people, apply now!
