This role is perfect for someone eager to gain broader HR exposure while working in a collaborative environment that values development and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support line managers in handling ER cases, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and legal compliance.
  • Assist in the resolution of employee disputes and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Assist with the day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, performance management, and policy implementation.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to both employees and managers.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and initiatives.
  • Ensure all ER activities are in line with employment law and company policies.
  • Keep up-to-date with employment legislation and support the wider HR team in implementing any changes.
  • Work closely with senior HR professionals to gain exposure to a broad range of HR functions, including talent management, recruitment, and employee engagement.
  • Take part in HR projects and initiatives that will enhance your knowledge and career progression.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, with experience managing ER cases.
  • A proactive, solution-focused attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with managers and employees at all levels.
  • Willingness to learn and a passion for HR, with a desire to expand your expertise and knowledge.
  • CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification (or working towards) is preferred but not essential.

What We Offer:

  • Supportive Team Environment: You’ll join a friendly and collaborative HR team that values growth, learning, and employee well-being.
  • Career Development: Opportunities to expand your HR knowledge and gain exposure to new areas of the profession.
  • Work-Life Balance: Hybrid working and flexible arrangements to support your work-life balance.
  • Competitive Package: We offer a competitive salary, company car + benefits, and a commitment to your professional development.

How to Apply:

If you're an HR professional with strong ER knowledge, looking for an opportunity to grow and develop in a supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you.
