- Support line managers in handling ER cases, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and legal compliance.
- Assist in the resolution of employee disputes and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Assist with the day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, performance management, and policy implementation.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to both employees and managers.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and initiatives.
- Ensure all ER activities are in line with employment law and company policies.
- Keep up-to-date with employment legislation and support the wider HR team in implementing any changes.
- Work closely with senior HR professionals to gain exposure to a broad range of HR functions, including talent management, recruitment, and employee engagement.
- Take part in HR projects and initiatives that will enhance your knowledge and career progression.
What We’re Looking For:

- A proactive, solution-focused attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with managers and employees at all levels.
- Willingness to learn and a passion for HR, with a desire to expand your expertise and knowledge.
- CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification (or working towards) is preferred but not essential.
What We Offer:
- Supportive Team Environment: You’ll join a friendly and collaborative HR team that values growth, learning, and employee well-being.
- Career Development: Opportunities to expand your HR knowledge and gain exposure to new areas of the profession.
- Work-Life Balance: Hybrid working and flexible arrangements to support your work-life balance.
- Competitive Package: We offer a competitive salary, company car + benefits, and a commitment to your professional development.
How to Apply:
