Salary up to £32,000 DOE + Company Car & Other Amazing Benefits!


We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join our customer’s HR/People Team based at their Head Office in Hillington, Glasgow on a hybrid basis. 


We are looking for someone with a real passion and understanding of employee relations, with an investigative mindset and the ability to make quick, well-informed decisions, providing advice and support within a high volume, fast-paced environment. 


After an initial settling in period onsite, you will have the option of 3 /2 hybrid working pattern. Although most meetings are now held virtually there will be some requirement to travel for complex cases. You will be provided with a company car and all fuel and travel costs associated with your role will be covered.

  • Facilitating disciplinary and grievance cases
  • Resolving long-term absences
  • Working across multiple sites, supporting people managers in various locations, both face-to-face and virtually
  • Providing employee welfare support and guidance

Key skills or background required for the HR Advisor role include:

  • Experience in a UK employee relations-focused role
  • Proven knowledge of employee relations and UK employment law, and its application
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel as part of your role.
