You will play a key role in supporting the HR function, offering administrative support across various HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities: 

• Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new joiners and leavers.

• Assist in the preparation of payroll inputs and ensure benefits administration is carried out efficiently.

• Provide key administrative support in areas such as employee data management, policy updates, and maintaining HR records.

• Assist with ongoing HR projects, including performance reviews and engagement surveys.

About You: 

• Proven experience in an HR administrative role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when working with data.
