HR Business Partner

Glasgow/Livingston (hybrid)

Circa £45,000 + £6k car allowance

Iconic Resourcing HR are delighted to be partnering exclusively with Morris & Spottiswood as they look to add a HR Business Partner to their team.

Reporting to the HR Director, the HRBP will be a key member of the HR team and will provide an efficient and timely delivery of generalist HR advice, as well as driving HR projects across the wider business. This role is critical in driving organisational change and growth, enhancing employee experience and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The successful candidate will partner with senior leadership to ensure that HR initiatives support business objectives.

 

On a day to day basis, this is a generalist role spanning recruitment, performance management, disciplinary & grievance, absence management and employee relations activities. The role will provide line managers and employees with advice on day-to-day issues, supporting on company values and the overall vision of creating environments where people can thrive.

 

The role takes a business partnering approach; you will actively collaborate with stakeholders and wider team members across key departments to provide a pragmatic and balanced approach to business issues to enable our people and businesses to thrive. The successful candidate must also demonstrate a working knowledge of managing restructures, contract variations and an up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and how to apply this in the workplace.
