Full Job Description

  • As part of the Transitions Goal, you'll be joining the Business Delivery team which prides itself on high standards and a passion for delivering excellent outcomes for our business, colleagues and customers

  • We'll look to you to work with key People and business stakeholders as you design and deliver projects that meet colleague needs, gaining great exposure for you and your work

  • This role is available as either a full time or reduced hours/part time (minimum 28 hours) opportunity

  • This is a remote-first role, so you'll spend most of your time at home, working with your team digitally and coming into the office twice a month when you need to collaborate closely with your colleagues


  • What you'll do

    As a Human Resources Consultant, you'll be providing specialist HR advice and guidance to help us achieve our strategic objectives. We'll also look to you to consult with business and HR stakeholders to lead the successful delivery of HR products, processes and propositions to our colleagues in support of bank-wide, individual business strategies and in support of our Transitions Goal strategy.

    Your role will also involve:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders, peers and project team resource to successfully deliver outcomes that improve colleague experience and customer service

  • Understanding the internal and external context of HR activity to develop commercially focused and fit for purpose initiatives

  • Utilising key metrics and people insights to identify trends and make proactive data driven recommendations to successfully lead on delivering aspects of strategy and people plans

  • Partnering with experts and senior stakeholders to support the decision making on the redesign of HR products, processes and propositions

  • Sharing insights and best practice across the HR team to encourage innovation and collaboration

    It's crucial that you have consultancy skills and significant experience in using project management tools and agile methodologies. You'll also need knowledge of relevant regulations, policies and employment legislation applicable to the jurisdictions projects operate within.
