As an HR Consultant, you'll be a trusted adviser to managers across the business. You’ll provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance, and organisational development while ensuring compliance with employment law and best practice.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, solutions-focused HR advice to line managers
• Support performance management processes and coach leaders effectively
• Manage disciplinary and grievance cases in line with company policy and legal frameworks
• Deliver a smooth and supportive onboarding process for new starters
• Lead or contribute to HR projects that drive business improvement
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and case files

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in an HR advisory or generalist role
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR practices
• Confident communicator with excellent coaching and influencing skills
• Ability to work independently while supporting wider HR team goals
• Organised, proactive, and people-focused approach to problem solving
