Full Job Description

Reporting to the VP HR, you will be part of the central HR leadership team and contribute to defining a people strategy that maximises profitability by unlocking potential and driving a performance led culture.

Additionally, you will form an integral part of the Regional Leadership team; accountable for leading people operations across a diverse portfolio of hotels within the UK. Working in collaboration with the VP Operations, Director of Finance, Director of Commercial and Director of Operations & Quality you will build robust relationships and act as a strategic partner with key owners and stakeholders, ensuring we make commercially focused, people-centric decisions that deliver value for our employees, guests and owners.

What do we need from you?

To be successful in this role, you will have significant experience in people operations across multiple sites, preferably within a related industry. You will be a credible voice at the leadership table, skilled in partnering senior leaders. You will be passionate about promoting a positive and diverse culture across the business, always acting with integrity and resilience. It is essential that you have a solid working knowledge of UK employment law and are competent in interpreting and understanding the impact of HR policy, procedures, and legislation.

This is a field-based role that will require regular travel across the UK as and when appropriate.
