Full Job Description

We are looking for a superstar to join our progressive charity. Our unique organisational agile design focuses on making a real difference in the lives of deaf children and their families, upskilling and developing our people, and providing an excellent people-first service to our staff., Manage our suppliers (occupational health, pensions, pay and reward etc.), ensuring continued quality of service and value for money.
- Take responsibility for compiling, analysing & improving HR & People related MI.
- Manage employee relations matters, ensuring advice is up-to-date, robust and legally compliant.
- Support the employee journey to ensure our people have a smooth, customer-first experience from the People function.
- Assist with the creation, development and implementation of HR policies & guidance.

We are a remote-first organisation, so being self-motivated to deliver work autonomously is key. You will find innovative solutions to keep our mainly remote workforce engaged with our strategy and purpose., Sound generalist experience (inc. HR operations & advice) or equivalent transferable experience in compliance, regulatory affairs or law.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Experience of monitoring, reviewing & developing policies and working practices.
- An eye for detail and a focus on compliance and continuous improvement.
- Strong digital skills and a sound understanding of agile values & principles.
- A criminal record check / DBS disclosure (if offered the position).
