HR Graduate

Maintain a positive working relationship with local trade union representatives to achieve business goals.
- Effectively communicate people related initiatives and strategy to the site workforce.
- Deliver training for all people managers.
- Advise managers on the terms and conditions of employment.
- Drive compliance against people KPIs, such as absence and turnover, to track and determine progress in addressing gaps.
- Collate and analyse HR data to develop insights; generate reports for business use.
- Deliver an engagement and wellbeing agenda and track progress against engagement action plans.
- Drive improvement in diversity and inclusion.
- Deliver continuous improvement of candidate experience from recruitment through to onboarding. Playing an active role in new starter inductions.
- Maintain a positive relationship with areas of expertise within HR team as well as Centres of Excellence; promoting cohesion with the ER team, recruitment and L&D.

Müller Milk & Ingredients are looking for a proactive, hands on HR Advisor to join the progressive Leadership Team at our Bellshill site; this role would suit a HR Graduate with industry experience. We need you to be innovative, adaptable, creative and resilient with the ability to influence and support colleagues and managers alike., Placement year at University or after University experience is essential.
- CIPD qualified or working towards.
- Experience in manufacturing/ FMCG environment would be beneficial.
- Experience working with Trade Unions would be beneficial.
- Experience working in business partner/matrix structure.
- Resilience, great influencing and communication skills.
- Able to build trust, respect and openness.
