Are you an experienced HR Information Systems professional looking for a new opportunity to make a difference? Over the past year, our dynamic HRIS team has been implementing a new HR and Payroll information system (iTrent). As we continue to enhance HR processes, improve data accuracy, and ensure compliance, we need a talented HR Information Systems Analyst to help drive our success. In this transformative role, you will prepare and deliver data for KPIs and management information to our HR team, other directorates, managers, and external partners. You'll also provide technical advice and support on HR and Payroll systems and processes. Plus, you'll have many opportunities to dive into various projects and development initiatives, making a real impact across the Group while advancing your personal growth. If you have a strong background in HR Information Systems and are keen to make a difference, this could be the perfect role for you! Some of the things we need from you:
- Demonstrable experience within an HR Information Systems role
- Have an IT related degree / Demonstrable relevant work experience
- Experience of undertaking software testing and reviewing the impact of software changes
- Experience of managing small system related projects
- Experience of working with systems and data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Word
