HR Relationship Lead
Waverley Court

Salary: £62,685 - £74,858
Hours: 36 per week, 52 weeks

We have an exciting opportunity for two HR Relationship Lead Consultants to join our team.

You will provide strategic HR guidance and support to our Executive Leadership teams on a range of key priorities including organisational change and workforce planning and governance, commissioning support when needed from across the HR function.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact supporting and advising senior leaders to transform their services and deliver for our customers.

You will lead a small team of HR professionals and contribute to the development and delivery of our People Strategy to ensure we are delivering an excellent and valued service for our customers.

To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience as a senior HR professional in a large complex organisation, with a focus on delivering practical solutions. You should be commercially astute with the ability to grasp and translate business strategy into clear, achievable people objectives. Additionally, you should have demonstrable experience in partnering with stakeholders at all levels to drive organisational change and be highly adaptable, resilient, curious and courageous.
