Full Job Description
Anderson Knight is partnering with a well-established client to recruit a skilled HR and Recruitment Administrator for their HR department.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with experience in workforce coordination, agency recruitment, or HR administration to take the next step in their career and contribute directly to the growth and success of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staffing levels to meet weekly requirements
- Ensure new agency staff are properly prepared for their shifts and compliant with all necessary regulations.
- Create and maintain staff schedules for both day and night shifts across various operational areas.
- Collaborate with Directors and Managers to manage holiday rotas and workforce planning.
- Ensure accurate reporting of weekly hours worked, prior to submission to payroll.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies to ensure service levels are consistently met.
- Oversee the compliance, contracts, and onboarding processes for temporary workers.
- Monitor agency performance, track staffing trends, and generate regular reports.
- Serve as the main point of contact for agency staff enquiries and stakeholder concerns.
- Ensure all staffing practices are in line with legal requirements and company policies.
- Provide HR support with recruitment, onboarding, training, and inductions for new hires.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in workforce coordination, ideally within an agency or temporary staffing environment.
- Experience in HR or a related field is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to manage stakeholder relationships at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with employment regulations related to temporary staffing is a plus.
