You'll assess and recommend the best digital solutions and technology to streamline processes, enhance employee experiences, and help foster a high-performing, employee-focused culture. You'll be responsible for rolling out a unified solution that manages all HR-related data, functions, and processes, solving any current inefficiencies and boosting productivity at every stage of the employee lifecycle. As part of this transformation, you'll create and implement new processes, procedures, and training guides for all system users. You'll also work with teams across management reporting, data integration, and other functions to design automated reports, dashboards, and KPIs that monitor performance and support key business decisions. Finally, you'll play a crucial role in change management, ensuring that stakeholders are fully engaged and that employees embrace a digital-first mindset through clear communication and support.
